Order Status Email Issue

Like all new online shops and stores, there are invariably things that want to break when everything else wants to work correctly. The order placement email function is one of those that has decided to go on strike. Orders are working, they are being placed, and they are being processed correctly. The system is just not generating the email properly to let you know these things. (It isn’t letting us know, either.)

We are checking the site regularly throughout the day, so we see new orders almost as they are placed. We are also digging through the myriad processes and options to troubleshoot why this essential function has chosen to become non-essential for the time being. Rest assured, we will find a fix and get this function back on track.

Until then, we can send you a copy of your order/receipt manually. If you have placed an order and did not receive the order confirmation email, let us know! We will make sure you get a copy for your peace of mind and your records.
