Brutal Honesty: Product Revamp in Progress!

Good afternoon fans, friends, and family! The Brutal Honesty team is digging deep and doing a full-scale product revamp, from soup to nuts, as the saying goes. We are reworking every existing product to streamline the product information, images, and other content. This “work in progress” will take a few days, but our product shop will still be up and running and business will be conducted as usual in the meantime.

Why are we doing this? We have IONOS as our hosting provider, and they are not small business friendly, to be honest. (This is despite their claims otherwise, as well as claims of unlimited this or included that, which just aren’t true.) To keep the site up and running, we have to cut and trim in some places instead of letting the whole thing crash and burn. This also means that we will be moving to a new hosting provider at some point in the near future, while we are still small and growing, to prevent issues in the future (that are already appearing and are causing ecommerce and operational problems, which shouldn’t be appearing at all for a new and small online shop such as ours). When we do migrate to another hosting provider, we will do everything in our power to keep the site and shop up and running during the transition.
