That does not mean there aren’t others that we can use to create a specific item, if the primary manufacturer is out of stock for one or more of their items.

Even though an “out of stock” option through a production partner is relatively rare, it can happen. Don’t wait until their stock levels are replenished to grab that item you really want to have.
